The policy of IRAN TIRE MANUFACTURING COMPANY is offering of products and services which at all times reflect accurately the requirements of their customers and are supplied with technical and commercial integrity. To this end, the QUALITY SYSTEM described in the quality manual has been designed and implemented with the support and backing of the board of directors and shall apply to all activities undertaken by, or on behalf of, IRAN TIRE MANUFACTURING COMPANY. The primary goals are to establish. a sound reputation for quality and to develop and maintain customer satisfaction in all the company's products and activities. In achieving these goals, the company seeks to establish confidence that product conformance is attained by adequate demonstration of its capability through third party certification of its quality management system to ISO 9001. Each member of staff of the company identified by job title in the quality manual shall be authorsed to perform the tasks of that position and is responsible for ensuring that part of the quality system he or she controls is operated in accordance with this manual. Responsibility and authority for monitoring the implementation and control of this quality system is vested in the quality assurance manager who has the authority and freedom to investigate product nonconformity and quality system failures throughout the company, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions to overcome such problems and to verify the implementation of solutions. Where conflicts arise, they shall be brought to the attention of the managing director for resolution. |
